Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. This applies to sale items too. To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to info@luvertta.com, or use our withdrawal form. The full terms are set out in our Terms and Conditions.

Sending items back
Please return the items within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing. The cost of sending items back is paid by you. Items should be unused and, where possible, in their original packaging with the dust bag.

Refunds
We refund the purchase price and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using your original payment method. We may wait to issue the refund until the items have arrived back with us or you have shown that you have sent them. It can take a few extra days for your bank to show the refund.

Damaged or faulty items
If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us at info@luvertta.com with a photo and your order number. We will replace or refund it, and you won't pay for the return.
